4/27 Listen
to LTC (r) Karen Kwiatkowski being interviewed by her hometown radio station WSVG AM 790 Mt. Jackson, VA.
Hosted by Dave Briggman & Michael Hoffman
Kwiatkowski
interview: Part I-
We were very pleased to get District Six candidate Karen Kwiatkowski, a Mt. Jackson
local, a former U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, and someone who began to have a very deep libertarian leaning after working
at the Pentagon and watching those in charge of the U.S. military, in her words, essentially make up a reason to attack Iraq.
Kwiatkowski, in the first part of our interview, tells us why she feels the military, and those in our government are not
to be trusted. She also gives us more on her background and some reasons why Bob Goodlatte, her Republican primary opponent,
needs to be removed from office.

Interview: Part II
- Karen talks more about the idea of limited government,
and how she can win this race against the heavily financed, Goodlatte, by preaching that message. Kwiatkowski also spears
no punches in discussing what she believes to be our overextended military policy.

Interview: Part III
- Unbelievably, Karen was able to give us 45 minutes
of her time, (the fact that she could stand us for 45 minutes, is also a minor miracle!) and she ends this interview strong
telling us, “I don’t believe anything that comes out of Ben Bernanke’s mouth.” Karen also gives us
her strong take on the out-of-control debt situation both in this country, and in Virginia, and shares more about her controversial
views on the 16th and 17th Amendment, as well as what really happened on 9/11.Karen was in the Pentagon
on the day of the attack, and let’s just say she doesn’t necessarily buy the government’s story, about what
happened on that day.
Karen summarized several different subjects after
hearing the incumbent speak in Shenandoah County. These were her observations:
Incumbent has not proposed the elimination
of ethanol subsidies and mandates.
Incumbent continues to vote for continuing resolutions.
Incumbent
continues to allow unprecedented federal spending and executive mandates that restrict and constrain individuals, private
enterprise and farmers.
Incumbent claims the Patriot Act is not unconstitutional. In fact, he asked me to show
proof that the FISA warrants were being used on American citizens. I have seen the evidence. So how is it that an incumbent
with a massive staff and millions in campaign dollars cannot obtain this documentation? Simple - he chooses not to. Reason:
his campaign donors benefit from his looking the other way.
Oh, but this is how business is done in Washington.
Let's hope the people in the sixth finally say enough!
